Refund & Other Key Policies

Attendance Policy:

Students should attend 8 classes in order to avail the full benefit of the skills and techniques which are being developed.

No discount will be given for the missed class, but there may be a makeup day available once a month. 

For private tuitions-In case of necessary absence, please text your teacher 24 hours in advance. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in no makeup class made available. If 24 hours notice is given, the teachers will attempt to give a make-up class. If you do not wish to utilize the make up classes offered, there will be no refund. 

Timings Policy:

Students should attend punctually. If student comes late, your teacher is not obligated to make up the time for you and in many cases will not be able to do so out of respect for other students’ classes. If students come early, they should be prepared to wait outside until the teacher is ready for them.

Fee Payment Policy:

All fees are due in advance at the FIRST CLASS of the month in order to attend class. There are no refunds or fee adjustments for missed classes. 350 Rs charge for late payment.

Refund Policy:

There is no refund for services booked. A make up class for group classes will be offered monthly. In order to avail a make up class for private classes missed, student must inform of their absence

Books and Exam Fees:

Students are required to pay their own books and any grade exam fees which they prefer to take. Trinity is the most common exam, but private students can choose others.
